Standard UK Delivery ( 1-5 Working Days). We will deliver your order within 1-5 working days after receiving your order and processing.
International Delivery ( 1-7 Working Days). We will deliver your purchase within 1-7 working days after receiving your order confirmation. However, in some cases we may have your order with you sooner via our express service with DHL Express.

Pre Orders are shipped within 2-4 weeks. Full details can be found on the product information. Once shipped, your order will be sent via the shipping class you selected.
Items purchased in a sale period or at a reduced sale price are final. Refunds are not eligiblefor items purchased at sale price. Store credit will be issued for returned goods. Purchasing sale items is an acknowledgment of these terms.
We hope you are happy with your purchase, however in the unfortunate event that you do change your mind we can offer you an exchange or a refund providing the goods are returned within a 14 day period in an unworn and unused condition, with tags intact.
Please note, ALL returned orders must include the returns form you receive with you order, filled out in full detail in order for us to process your return efficiently. If an order is sent back to us and the returns form is lacking clarity of the customers request, this may result in the return being invalid, and the goods returned back to you. Please state your order number, and details of why you are returning your item so that our team can identify where & whom the order is coming from, and handle your request efficiently. Refunds will be processed in 3-10 working days.
Once the form is filled out, return to the address provided at the top of the form.
Returns must be returned to us in the condition they were sent. If an item(s) is returned in poor condition, scrunched up and marked, this may result in a refund being refused.
At current, we do not cover the cost of shipping returns. It is the duty of the customer to pay for shipping their return. We do not take responsibility for any missing items during transit back to us, and we highly advise the customer gets tracking as insurance against such events.
We acknowledge we are all experiencing unprecedented times during the COVID-19 pandemic, both us as a business and you as a customer. In the case in which you may have to quarantine and cannot leave the house to return your order, we request that you contact us directly within the 14 day return period at email@example.com to inform us of your situation and that your return will be late. We do not accept items that are returned to us late due to quarantining without prior notice. This policy is to protect both us as a business and you as a customer.
We can only exchange an item for a different size or colour in the same style or for a different product of the same price as the original item. Please ensure all packages are sent back with recorded delivery, as we cannot take responsibility for items that are lost or damaged.
International orders placed outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to custom charges / taxes. These charges are tariffs that are set by the country you are importing into and by law must be paid to customs. In the event of this happening, you will receive an invoice for customs and taxes from DHL Express. These fees must be paid directly to DHL Express in order for your consignment to be cleared and processed. We do not cover the cost of import fees currently. By ordering you acknowledge these terms and we cannot be held accountable for these fees.
