NOVU Delivers worldwide, meaning no matter where you are you can still enjoy NOVU products. We post all orders in 1-2 working days. Pre order items will be shipped on or after the date stated in the product descrition.
Please be aware, if a customer requests their parcel to be 'left in a safe place', with a neighbour, or delivered as another alternative, the customer bares full responsibility. We cannot take responsibility or be held accountable for any missing parcels, and we advise all customers to contact the police if they believe their parcel to be missing or to have been stolen.
Royal Mail Standard shipping £4.00 (order before 3pm) - 2-5 business days.
DHL Express £5.50 (order before 3pm) - 1-2 business days.

Please be aware, we have extended practises in place to protect both our customer and our business. Once your parcel is fulfilled and handed to the courier, it is the full responsibility of the courier to deliver your parcel safely and securely.
To protect you, we have measures in place to prevent your parcel going missing.
During bank holiday periods, your order will be processed and shipping on the next available business day. For example, if there is a bank holiday week on a Friday - Monday, your order will be processed and shipped on the Tuesday.
If an item is pre order, it will be stated in the product description, with an estimated shipping date. If you order multiple items, that include both available items & pre order, your order will be fulfilled and shipped together when the pre order items have arrived into stock.
In the event when you are not available to receive your parcel at your given address, there will NOT be an option to leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour. Instead, you will be given the option to have your parcel delivered to an authorised pick up point. If you select this option, the parcel in question is the full responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for any missing parcels that are requests to be delivered to a service point or to be left in a safe place by a customer.
Alternatively, you can arrange for your parcel to be reattempted another day. Please note, DHL will only attempt to deliver you parcel on 2 occasions. If both delivery attempt fail, your parcel will be destroyed and cannot be refunded or replaced.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - CUSTOMS & IMPORT
International orders placed outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to custom charges / taxes. These charges are tariffs that are legislated by the country in which you are importing into and by law must be paid to customs. In the event of this happening, you will receive an invoice for customs and taxes from the courier or customs. These fees must be paid directly to the courier or customs in order for your consignment to be cleared and processed.
We do not cover or take responsibility for the cost of import fees currently. By ordering you acknowledge these terms and we cannot be held accountable for these fees. If you refuse a consignment, the goods will be destroyed. No refund or replacement will be issued.
